Congrats Frank and Team; I can't wait to read the review. I like Dick Olsher's technical savy and his love of tube gear. I hope my issue doesn't get bogged down in the APO -AE mail system.

Where are you at? Even at my APO in Afghanistan, I think the longest it took for stuff to get to my desk from Omaha, NE (center of the country) was 6 days. I was pretty impressed.

I got my copy of The Absolute Sound today.

Not a word changed from the draft copy of our review I saw a couple of months ago. Almost too good to be true.

All I can say is oh wow! The final paragraph is one that will be hard to top.

If any of you had any doubts about Audio by Van Alstine, read and quit doubting.

After reading all of this, I had to subscribe to the magazine yesterday. I doubt I will get a copy with the article in it though. I was too late I'm sure. So... I hope the article gets posted someplace. I am sure a fan of AVA gear matched with Salks and I can't wait to read it.

When I subscribed they sent the last 2 issues as well as the current issue. I can't wait for issue 204 to appear in my mailbox!

I subscribed to the digital version of TAS last week. I figured that it should be available before the print version. So far, have only been able to download issue 203. Anyone else get the digital version? When do the new issues become available? I've emailed both nextscreen and avguide asking the same question. No response from them yet.

I've been subscribed digitally for a while. They normally send out an email when a new issue is available, and I have not received the email. You can also log on and re-download previous issues (from your subscription period) and 203 is the newest issue that shows up there.

I susbscribed. They said I won't be receiving a magazine for 4-6 weeks. Hopefully, they send me this back issue with the AVA and Salk gear review.

Nice writeup....just read it and it seems like this is a great combination for sure.
The 'most musical audio dollars your ever likely to spend during a lifetime of consumption" was a very nice comment!!

There is soooo much stuff out there, for us consumners to choose from!

Its only 5 bucks for the pdf and its the entire magazine issue and you can print it out on a color printer....why wait!!
