I can't pull the wool over your eyes  :thumb: Yes my old PC died and I picked up an iMac. I bought one for Mrs. Laundrew for Christmas last year and I liked some of the features on her Mac.

Be well....

Windows was really starting to try my patience. My iMac was $1700 plus taxes and I opted for the 27-inch display. I like this as I can have many “useable” windows simultaneously open and another feature I enjoy is no separate tower. I have only had it for a couple of weeks and I have a lot to learn but it should prove to be fun.

Here is a link for their computers and pricing.

Waffling on the new Pangea power cords. The AC-9SE are much more expensive than the original introductory price the Ac-9 were.
So I am trying to decide if i really want to buy some.

Exactly. You can get the 801s for $2-3000 on the used market. It's one of the best deals out there. I will try to get the 802Ds, but I  might not get there.

Well I have not made a purchase yet, but I am planning a new speaker purchase this fall in the $6K to $9K range.  My front end is a Bryston 4B SST, BP25, MPS2, and BDA-1.  I am looking for a floorstanding speaker to mate well with the front end.  Most likely I will end up purchasing a custom pair of floorstanding speakers using Seas Excel woofers and Accuton tweeters and midranges.

Other suggestions ??
Cheers,

John
John,
Which speakers did you end up purchasing for this very set up please?
Cheers

PierreB,
Thats a beautiful looking speaker!  Let us know how it all comes together at home.  I looked at your 2-channel system pics.  Your listen room looks very warm and rich.

Regards.
