EMP TEK VT-40.2 hybrid integrated $379

EMP TEK has been generating a lot of buzz with their inexpensive speaker line. Now this integrated amp looks like a neat deal.
 It's on sale with a pair of desktop speakers for $349. http://www.emptek.com/special_cs100_tube.php
Has anyone heard this thing? It looks like another combatant in the low cost amp war, along with Tamps and the GLOW. 40 watts a channel...

This looks just like the Grant Fidelity amp that is sourced from Qinpu, in China. It's priced about the same.
