I WAS WRONG! On the 26th may and 1st October on this thread I raved about my overhang extension that I thought corrected the lack of overhang on Bills Amadeus arm.
I have just removed it and put every thing back to standard and the improvements I am getting to the overall performance and sheer musical pleasure are amazing.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. Reminds me of a few of my past tweaks, where I thought I was doing some big improvement, and later, after I removed it (or them!) the sound was much better. Live and learn, I say.
