I'm looking for an inexpensive unit that uses SurgeX's series mode technology (no MOVs). Here's what I need:- 6, or 8 outlets.- Outlets hospital grade.- Plug hospital grade.- Series mode surge protection.- $200 or less.- 15 amps.- Basic power filtering.- Isolated outlets.I've already looked at SurgeX, Zero Surge (Brickwall), and Torus (seriously overpriced). Anything out there that's priced cheap, maybe even a DIY kit?
Goldmund!Goldmund makes the very best electronics in the world, IMO.
Zerosurge has several models that fit your description. Pick the one with your required amperage. Their business products may be cheaper for you if you call them. I called and got a wall sub-panel unit for a fair price.
I already had Zero Surge and SurgeX listed in my first post. I just wanted to see if there was anything else out there that was similar... Why are all of you recommending me something that I already had on the list? Some of you try to be funny I see...

Why are all of you recommending me something that I already had on the list? The Goldmund unit is actually very good, maybe even the best there is. I've used it before. However, it's an isolation transformer, not a surge suppressor. And what I OBVIOUSLY (see my first posts) need is surge suppressing capability. Some of you try to be funny I see...
jtwrace - Yes, it's true. Zero Surge, Brickwall (which is identical to Zero Surge), and Torus all use SurgeX's technology.
