Outside of replacing the transformers, looks like you got your self a new amp, should perform quite admirably.
Let her bed in for a few weeks and let us know your impressions.

Jeez - how much time to get the new caps 'settled in'?

I think I messed up something in my 2 channel setup, music is 'flat'. I hope it's nothing more than I had to fall back on a 20 yr old interconnect, and maybe the new caps in amp getting some burn in time.

I'll have new interconnects shortly, I hope that does it.

Edit: Swapped my interconnects so newer one runs from CDP to pre, seems to have restored life back into music.
