Same town...about 2 miles from our prior place.

We're STILL renting (nearly 8 years now)...home prices have considerably further to fall here in these parts and I'm not apt to catch a falling knife cleanly

Jim - my front yard shot is is okay...but it's my rear 'yard' now that is really nice (open to subjectivity, of course).  The house is bigger than last - but my sound room/area is no larger than before

Overall, more room than last...but sound 'room' is about the same size   There is room for big screen elsewhere in the house, tho
