BTW, I apologize for they delayed response.

I suffered a set back caused by some shipping damage on a pair of N3's and had to ready and ship a new pair as a replacement. Haven't had the time to sit down and respond until now.

Testing the waters!

I'm considering putting some brand new fully built (with all of the kit upgrades) Blackberry Metallic N3's up for auction on eBay with a starting bid of $500. These would have Piano Black Harmony grilles and an all new base design that's also finished in Piano Black. I'll post pictures of the new "OVO" bases later tonight.

I don't intend to "toot my own horn" here, but these really are an incredibly beautiful pair of speakers!

So, would anyone be interested in participating in such an auction?

BTW, I have 100% positive feedback on eBay.

Risky...

I don't think a lot of high end audio guys shop for gear on Ebay. If they do then they are looking for something for nothing.

I was thinking that an auction might be of some interest to the high end audio enthusiast who frequent your Circle.

If the response here was just "eh" than I wasn't going to take the idea any further.

I think that is confusing because those speakers are worth ~$3k. List at $2-$2.5k and be patient...

Yeah, His enclosures are not inexpensive but MAN do they look good, huh? I feel fortunate enough to be getting just a flatpack. Maybe someday I can step up to one of his real deal enclosures on another project.
