Also, what did you use for cabinet treatment, ie No-Rez and...?
I will be using the No-Rez but I wasn't really thinking about stuffing it with poly fill or such. Should I?

Light-Echo Dave,  I used 1/2" MDF for both the baffle and the Grill.  The radius at the bottom of the baffle is 10".  Finished the baffle with six coats semi-gloss rattle-can Rustolium.  As for poly-fill stuffing, I used Acousta-stuf...placing it where Danny has indicated in the Spec sheet he included in the kit.  I used about 1/2 lb per speaker, maybe slightly less.

Danny,  thanks for the tip re: placing foam in the bottom of the port!  I built my N3's ported in the front because I needed to keep these somewhat close to the wall but now I see I have some 'sperimenting to do!
