My Touch screen seems to be dead.  I can see that the Toslink output has power but I get nada on the display.  It's like the display is not even turned on.

I am awaiting a call from "level 2" Logitech support to authorized a replacement.

Still waiting to hear from Logitech Level 2 support.  I called today to check in and the support person who was supposed to handle my claim has been out sick for 2 days :duh:

Supposed to hear from them tomorrow.  I hope so  :(

Finally received my RMA after calling today to again inquire about my claim.  Never did get a call back :?

I drove the defective unit to the RMA address and hand delivered to Logitech.  The said that it would still take until Monday to send out my replacement.  They said they would send next-day air.  We will see....
