My neighborhood has it's own beer, does yours?

My Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood has its own beer call "Nordeast", does yours? It's not too bad. It became available yesterday and the neighborhood was jumping, especially after the pubs closed! Places and stores sold out! You can only buy it at the neighborhood pubs and neighborhood stores! We Nordeasters are special! Come and try some!

That is super cool! Would love to try some :D

I'm from New Orleans - we have some local names - close but, not neighborhood - Abita! I love the seasonal Abita's.

I live in Colorado where craft beer was born in the 1970s. There are brewpubs everywhere out here. I suppose you could call them neighborhood beers.

I had a bunch of Wayne's beer and I could tell you he knows what he's doing. Good stuff.

There's a brew pub about 6 blocks from me.  This summer it's moving even closer.

When I lived in Portland, OR there was a McMemamens pub about four blocks from my home.  The Edgefield was a favorite.

The nearest to me now is a little place called Atomic Ale Brewpub and Eatery about a half mile or so from my front door.  They feature three brews, Half-Life Hefeweizen (American wheat), Atomic Amber, and Plutonium Porter.  There are more in the area.
