However, it seems that they are no cheaper than SynergyHiFi except that you are dealing with a US distributor. I believe that Bunky bought his Create 6SN7's here.

Lotta cabbage, I'd stick to Pavanes direct from China for half that... or even from Grant for 4/6ths.

The preamp tubes are still interesting though

Shipping should be a little cheaper since these guys are stateside. You might save 5-10 clams I'd think.

Well folks, looks like there is a Pavane/Psvane CV181-T/6SN7-T coming out. Currently only available with the Shuguang 845 amp described in the link below. I have e-mailed Grant Fidelity for details of when it might be available for sale separately.

Ricky Xia of Hanshare electronics in HK just sent me another pair of Treasure CV181-Z's that he hand matched from the best ones in his inventory for my linestage and i rolled the other matched CV181-Z's that were in my linestage into the Niteshade NS-40 replacing the Create/Synergy 6SN7's that were in it.i like the NS-40 even better running the CV181-Z's in it

Has anyone compared the Sophia Electric 6SN7 tube to the Synergy HiFi 6SN7. I have a pair of modified (by Bill Baker of Response Audio, Purity Audio fame) ASL Monsoon mono bloc amps and there are two 6SN7 tubes per mono bloc. Eack mono bloc has a 6SL7 tube and four KT88 power tubes as well. I am currently running Genalex Gold Lion re-issue KT88 tubes.
