Was sunbaking in the driveway this afternoon. I followed him up into the rocks and took a few shots. Well over half a meter long, probably close to 800mm.

Cool. You won't find those things running wild in Canada. Maybe in time with climate change, that's if they learn to swim. Until then they reside here only as pets.

Must be one of those goth lizards, but its mascara is running.
You've got the edge in interesting flora and fauna down there, John. I think if I saw one of those out in the wild around here I'd probably jump a foot in the air! Heh!
