SOLD FS: Outlaw Audio 990 7-channel surround processor - SOLD

I am downsizing my system to be 2 channel only, and thus no longer need this wonderful surround processor.    Unit is like new (no scratches), works perfectly,  and comes with all manuals, remotes, and original packaging.

Interested in the 990 surround processor.  Does it come with the power cord, I noticed that it was not included in the pictures.  Are there ANY issues with the 990 at all?
