Help - need replacement part

Need a mid-range woofer for a Sapphire XL. Speaker is only 1 year old and only the tweeter works. I cannot figure out who to call, contact, to get one.

Finally got a pro into my home to check out why my receiver was 'tripping' and has been when run loud since I first hooked it up. Turns out, the Sapphire XL was the curlprit.

If no replacement parts exist...looking to buy an ESSENCE center channel. I am currently using a third Sapphire XL for a center channel.

Any other ACI suggestions for a Center?

Mike will be able to provide you with the make/model of the replacement driver.  It's a Scan Speak just don't remember the model number.
