Hi, I recieved my uDac a few days ago and it has bad channel imbalance. Even when I have the volume over half, all the sounds are still shifted over to the left. My other 2 usb dacs do not have the same problem hooked up to the same computer and same headphones. Is this defect covered under warrenty?

Looks like it is defective. First time we heard of this. Regardless, please use the support help desk (under the desktop audio site) to log a ticket and you'll get a replacement right away.
