SALE PENDING Bolder modded Olive Musica 250gb cdp

I have about $1700 put into this player, I'm looking for about $750.  It was sent to mgalusha about a year ago for servicing.  It sounds really nice.  Buyer will be responsible for deleting the hard drive, which includes about 250 classic rock, newer rock, rap, r&b, jazz, reggae, world music, etc cd's all burned in a lossless format.

Here are details from Wayne about the mods done to it:

"We start with removing the "figure 8" AC input connector and replacing it with an ACME Audio Silver Plated IEC connector. We add an ACME Audio Silver plated fuse holder and Silver Plated ceramic fuse.

The entire power supply board is rebuilt with very low ESR Panasonic FM capacitors. They are all bypasses with BlackGate "NX" series caps. The 5 volt regulator is replaced with a Linear Devices one.

The power supply at the DAC chip is beef up quite a bit. The analog output and input lines are run direct to the DAC chip through high quality Black Gate "N" series non-polarized capacitors. The output section is by-passed with a Sonicap Gen 2 cap.

This mod removes all the op-amps and circuitry from the analog signal path. The output voltage is reduced to roughly 1 volt RMS.

The digital ouput connector is replaced with a 75 ohm WBT NextGen RCA connector

The case and chassis is dampened with V-MAX material for much quieter operation. The space above the HD and the HD are not dampened to allow for heat radiation.

You also had Bybee purifiers installed and Teflon Sonicaps in the analog output section

The basic mod was $500.00 The upgrades added about $275.00."

There are some scratch marks on the top of the unit.  They don't come out too well, but they're there and noticable.

The IEC was upgraded, a fancy ceramic (?) silver plated fuse was swapped in, a extra fancy digital output RCA was added.  One of the analog output (female) RCA's was replaced by a local repair tech.  I damaged it by pulling out a locking male RCA still in the locked position.
