No 12v trigger out on my preamp. What do I do?

I hope someone can answer a simple question. I just bought a 14BSST2 and a BAT VK32 preamp. The BAT doesn't have a trigger out to switch on the amp. Is it okay to leave the amp on all the time? If not, what have you done? Thanks very much.

I know there are external triggers. I though Niles Audio used to make one and perhaps Radio Shack too.

I've left my amps on at all times in the past, with no ill effects.

I've left amps on as well. I have an old Adcom 555 in the bedroom system that stays on all the time and an NAD 2100 in the basement system.
