I am parting out my DIY speakers that consist of GR Research OB5 MTM section and an Augie (per speaker) 15" bass unit.  I am running this as an interest check since I will need to sell all of the pieces to have enough funds for my next project.    These speakers have been well taken care of in a smoke free/pet free environment.  They have always been used in a small room and never driven hard.

The crossovers will go with the MTM section.  The magnet mounts for the Augies can go with the the Augies if requested.  The sub amps seen on the rear of the speaker are not available.

Very nice looking speakers. Why aren't you selling them as a complete speaker? Pricing for drivers etc?

Thanks.  I could sell them complete however the sub amps have both failed (bad design apparently) and I would rather put the money towards my next project than re-buy amps for this speaker.  Also, I was never happy with the paint job of the top portion of the speaker.  Given these issues and the difficulty shipping the complete set of speakers made me decide on parting them out.  However, if someone within reasonable proximity to So. Indiana/Lousiville KY wanted to buy the speakers without subamps I would be willing to entertain that possibility and can deliver within a reasonable distance.

I am looking for $600. (plus shipping cost and paypal fees) for the drivers and crossovers.  I believe I have the original boxes for the Augies.  If you are wanting to build these speakers a sub amp will be needed, it should cross at 200Hz, here is an example of a sub amp that should work well:  http://apexjr.com/MnK100MP.htm

Actually, anyone living within driving distance could have the entire speaker for $600., it won't do me any good without the drivers.

Sorry for the confusion. $600 takes all the drivers ( and the baffes if you can pick them up).  I will split the drivers but need to sell the MTMs before I will let the Augies go:

$375 MTMs including crossovers
$225 Augies including magnet mounts if you want them.

Price lowered on the MTMs: $275.
Any interest in the OB5 MTM section?  These have the copper foil inductors in the crossover that Danny use to use before they became too expensive.  This would make for an inexpensive way to get into the OB5, you can still get the bass drivers and the few remaining crossover components (for the bass section) from Danny's website.
