What a joke. I think UPS should be out of business, I see pictures of this happening all the time. Why in the world do we keep paying these people to mishandle products so blantantly....I have a preamp coming tomorrow that BigRedMachine is shipping to me; I pray to God it isn't this mishandled by UPS. Those pictures are so horrible; its upsetting. Hopefully this gets resolved for the OP quickly.
I just picked up that pair of Ebony HT3's that has been for sale in Oregon for awhile now.They are insured for the purchase price of a new pair anyways so in a sick way I'm kinda hoping they are blown up by terrorists (aka FedEx box handlers) while in transit so I can get a custom pair.

On the one hand if all goes well and UPS pays the claim which they should I'll be 100% happy forwarding that check to Jim for a custom pair. On the other hand I was truly crushed when I looked at those boxes. I have some idea of how much work goes into these things and how much of a labor of love it is for Jim that he probably feels like his dog got ran over by a truck seeing those boxes.Then on the other hand again when I spoke with Jim and asked him about building a matching center and sub for these he sounded disappointed that he didn't get to make a pair "just for me" so maybe that will work out in the end too.My feelings on this are basically pretty varied to be honest but irregardless I wish I was upstairs in my media room listening to some HT3's.
And I didn't mean to sound like an ass. No one deserves to have their dream speakers show up on delivery day damaged.
