Fortunately it's two condos my friend, the one I live in and the one next door that houses the big system and the medium system No door changing for me.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I have been traveling around Colorado the last week enjoying summers last gasp before the snows start, the weather is going to freeze out everyone's gardens tonight (but thankfully no snow).

I guess the HMA keeps homeowners from putting up butt-ugly doors. I have had a couple of customers submit a drawing and photos to a review committee and they actually got approved to replace an entry door and a gate in their complex.
