A change in plans and the need to raise some money to pay for my new speakers forces me to offer this iron and C4S upgrade kit for the bottlehead s.e.x. amp. Kit consists of the Magnequest nickel pinstripe output transformers, the magnequest upgraded plate chokes and a pair of unbuilt C4S boards.
Together these upgrades add a lot of extra punch in the bass, detail, and quieter operation, as well as give you approximately an octave more on each end of the spectrum. Individually, all items add up to well over $400; selling for $300 with shipping in lower 48 included and no paypal fee to the buyer.
All parts are new and unused and C4S boards need to be built, and you need to supply a pair of 2uF 630v or greater parafeed caps.
