The Yamamoto likes her tubes cooled.

She's sporting a new Emission Labs 5U4G so things are glowing pretty at night. The Lowther "no baffle" is just plain cool. You may also notice the plastic carpet runners to catch the drool.

On the audio side of things, the Lowther no baffle lacks the tight image focus of the panel, but brings a natural timbre and quick transients to the sound. Sure is easy to move the heads towards the listening area depending on how much treble you're searching for. I really enjoyed the Bach unaccompanied cello suites with Yo-Yo Ma and am listening to the Delos version of Stravinsky's "The Soldier's Tale" conducted by Schwarz. Tony Plog plays the trumpet parts so well. Wish I could play like that.
My PM6A were used and I bought them from Jon Ver Halen. They are certainly smooth in this application. Matter of fact, I doubt anyone would guess Lowther if you weren't looking right at them. Pretty amazing, all things considered.
Hey Nels!! Oh, the Innersounds are just fantastic. But I needed something to do while I'm waiting for the Audiomods arm to come in. Great review!!! Thanks again for the tip.
