Since Digikey no longer stocks this part I see Parts Express has a neg.regulator but the output is 1A as opposed to 500mA,is this going to be a problem?Otherwise I may have to check Mouser for the proper piece.
 Thanks to all who reply.

Honestly, I would buy the complete Bugle P/S kit from jcg0322.  This will come with the appropriate transformer, rectifier pieces and heat sinks.

Then I simply ordered some Panasonic PS caps and EB Ballast capacitors as well as some PRP resistors to get mine up to my Piccolo project 2 requirements.

Jack puts in all the Xicon caps and resistors you need for the standard Bugle kit if you are doing a basic project.  There is probably no need to upgrade unless you are upgrading the Bugle or Piccolo to suit your needs.

Jack's kit includes the Hagerman board.  You get everything you need other than the power supply cord, iec connector, and box.

Jack and Jim did good on this Bugle P/S.
