I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I had just sold some speakers earlier in the week which allowed this purchase possible. I believe I should be receiving mine sometime next week.

I gotta stop reading stuff like this, I'm running out of things to sell.

Buying stereo gear is an affliction for me. I stopped just short of selling my soul for some once.

I'm sure that you will like the RevB units... very much. I'm going to put a ground lift switch on one, like I did for George, so you can try it after your Furman, too.

That's so COOL Dave! Can you do that with both units? I actually don't like my Monster much due to sacrificial MOV's and may replace it with another Furman unit. I would love to be able to hook it after my Furman.

As I think Dave will instruct, be prepared for a long break in period. In my system, an Uber allows for finer (micro) detail to be unsubmerged and the sensation of wider dynamics. This is most observable in my system on vinyl. On disc some nasties accompany that. But, I have a very old DAC with a very revealing dig cable. Playing records, however, continues to be fabulous. Instruments separate out in space like nobody's business.

May use the MajikBuss for my DSL modem & wireless router and and the other for my DirecTV receiver, they're on 24/7. Hopefully this will be good enough to get the required hours for break-in.

Break in is a reality that many in the audio community feel to be a sham. Anyone that has worked with power supplies in the semiconductor industry will tell you that it is something that MUST be done to pass quals (quality performance specifications) for any tool out there. Power supplies have to be stable and that just takes time. On implanters we would see variations for days until a new component would settle down to a consistent supply output. It makes a difference when you are working at a million electron volts just like it does at 120VAC or 2mv.

Break in is your friend. A lack of patience is the enemy.

Nah. Best to just use the system as you normally would. Enjoy it and listen to the changes.

I have my whole A/V system connetced to a BPT 2400 watt balanced power conditioner which i turn is plugged into a UberBuss. This includes my router, HTPC compuer source, and DirecTV HD DVR. I would highly recommend you do this too. Taking into account that I already had RF Bybee adapters on the lines coming into my DVR, RCA Bybee adapters on my component video cable to my Sony XBR TV, and an AC Bybee adapter on the TV's power cord, adding the UberBuss in front of the BPT noticably stepped up the quality of the picture which I really had a hard time believing. I would have been happy with what it did just for my music.
