C101 can be unsoldered till the moment you know the cause of the problem.
It's strange, that the resistor got burned and the fuse didn't react at all.
I'd check the C103 first. To eliminate the rest of the circuits you can temporaly remove R220. If all is OK, then - check C207, C206.

I figure i could find the problem with less money but i'd rather have a better sounding unit.
I just bought all new cap's(upgraded)resistor's and diode's.
I had four flame out's.Better to spend a little and enjoy it for a lifetime.
I neven got a new tranni.N o fooling around.
