I had this extra board lying around for some time after I pulled the coil for another project. This was the better cap set in the group buy, just install your own CMC, wire it up and you are good to go.

If you have a CMC and cannot solder, you can send me the CMC and I will solder it onto the board and ship the whole shebang back to yah.
I can include the ABS (radioShak) enclosure I had it mounted in, 6"x3"x2"

I had it installed with the underside facing up, with the cord entering from one side and exiting out the other, with the cover pulling double duty as strain relief.
