Any of you deadheads looking for a job, check this one out:Grateful Dead Archive Project Manager
Great gig, on paper: No way I'd be move to Lower California for less than 100K / yr.
Mike, in case you change your mind, it's Higher California in my hometown. Len
After about a hundred tries I still can't download these shows..I Frigging hate computers..I quess the 107 Grateful Dead concerts ate up my brain..Man I wish I knew how to downoad this stuff!!!
I'm being a bit of a bastard: Anything south of The Fault Line (SF-Oakland and lower) I consider Southern California. I like it up in Humboldt, etc. (Which everybody else in the state considers Southern Oregon...)
Not a bastard, just geographically challenged. By the way, my youngest son is going to Humboldt State this fall and I'm thankful to be paying Cali tuition rates and not Oregonian rates.

I think this will complete the April run from '71 at the Fillmore East.gd71-04-27.sbd.miller.106550.flac16gd71-04-27.sbd.miller.106562.flac24Enjoy!
I (heart) completeness! Many Thanks for the link!
Everybody knows that Southern California starts below San Luis Obispo. As someone who attended UCSC, and actually worked at that library for a short time, I can tell you it has much more in common with Humboldt than it does with LA.
Hey has anyone listened to the 24bit of these? Any difference between that and the 16?? Still waiting for the new SB Touch! Soon! I know it.M
Hey Now!I just got the 24-bit version downloaded a little while ago. I've only gotten through the first two tracks, and my head is about to explode. Sweet Baby Jesus, this is the best sounding live Dead tape I have ever heard. To the... people at Rhino: This download is the way you need to release shows: 2-channel, 24-bit, with an option to download or buy audio on DVD (_Not_ DVD-A. Rather, like Classic Records has done w/ DAD).Putting off a full listen until later today (time for night-night).
