Everything OK?

Are you upgrading, downgrading, or just trying to ride out the economy?

Or maybe making space for HT4's.

That's my guess as well.  Kind of curious as to the answer though.

Pete has been all about his HT3s since he got 'em, so I'm going with a new Salk design...the new OB speakers or HT4s, but I find it odd that he'd sell them before the HT4 has been finalized.

Good luck with your sales...everyone knows how good these are.

Given the rate at which he turns over audio gear in general, it's been impressive that he has stayed this long with any pair of speakers.  :)

The HT3's are killer speakers!

You need to spend significantly more to better them.

Since you're on the LS9 list, Pete's maybe the only one to have heard the LS6 and HT3's in his own room.  You might want to talk to him about his experiences as the LS6's didn't stay.  I've also seen his HT3's in person and they are sweet.

I've had 6's, 9's and HT3's in my room as well, not really a bad choice among them, more depends on taste and synergy with upstream....ping me if I can help.  Big key for me on Pete's would be there is no waiting on a killer speaker....unknown how long it will take to get anything out of av123...

Yeah, my response to him was just knowing the poor guy's in "the club", same as me... :(

Having heard them many times myself, I think the HT3's would make most anyone very happy.  He really should hear them if possible.  Not a bad trip to Canton to find out either.

Good luck with the sale Pete!
