There is a 10' pair of Zu Julian on ebay right now. It is at $76, auction ends in about 1 hour. These retail at @$240 for a 2.5M pair.

I had the current "new & improved" version and it sounded dark in my system. This was not the case with the old version which replaced the DIY 12awg equivalent plenum Cat5s.

With regard to the Audioquest GR8, it has been discontinued for quite some time. I believe HCM has been running the GR8 deal for an easy two years.

I decided not try this cable as the individual wires are stranded as opposed to my preference to solid cores which are used in the other AQ models. I believe the insulation on this cable is entirely PVC. It does look impressive for the cash!
