Isn't there really only ONE correct position for phase alignment and all that jazz? It would be great for designing the speaker, but I'd assume there would be one position that was mathematically right. I dunno, it seems like one of those things I wouldn't want control over. Like those gazillion band digital EQs - too many ways to potentially cock up the sound and make yourself paranoid schizophrenic.
The Avant Garde Trios are lovely, but for some reason that curved square tubing looks just a bit clunky and jungle gym-like. Doug's horn speakers are even prettier than those, though. They kind of have a Salvador Dali feel, with those edges melting and dripping down to the floor. The grey horn's no good, though IMO. Gotta have the black.
