I'm making scoring cards so listeners can evaluate things such as transient response, decay, bass extension, etc...
I like this idea very much. To date, I've not heard of anybody using this technique for component comparisons.
I'll be watching with interest.  aa

So, do we have a date/time set for this yet?

My goal is to develop a scoring system based upon criteria most of us listen for ....
Is the bass loose or tight...with a score of 1 being loose and 5 being tight
Decay... 1 little...3 nice extension, smoothly rolled off....5 exaggerated

This will allow the listeners to relax and hopefully better evaluate any differences... still a "work in progress"
I'll post once I have a draft that way people can review and offer comments

I be interested, unless date conflicts with concerts.  I sorta have my mind made up on this issue (and a couple of others...), but never too late to find out I've been wrong!

That's the same attitude I take :thumb:
I think a lot can depend on system synergies so where you might hear a distinct difference in one system that same cord may not produce the same results in another.
