Yup, a 5 pack of matched RCA 6DQ5's for nuthin' for sale 8) :icon_lol:

These are TV sweep tubes from the 60's.  On the advice from an informed tube-aholic, he suggested I try these and swap out in place of my 6CD6 tubes in my vintage Dukane monoblocks (2 per side...the 5th tube is how they traditionally used to sell these as invariably one might be defective or you need a replacement down the line in a pinch)

They work fine for their intended recipients...however, in my amps, they caused oscillation.  So, they have about 1 minute play time on them as a result and have been sitting for a year or so in my tube box.  A fine set of tubes if you are a DIY'er or otherwise want to collect.

Okay, well, I need not sell/market these too hard, as they really are totally and completely free (just pay shipping and it's cheap to ship tubes, generally as they are so light)

It rediculous that these fetch up to $25 a piece I've seen in the market....I think I bought this quintet for $35 with shipping from ebay last year.  I'm sticking with my 6CD6's, which cost well under $10 a piece to replace as needed.

They are neat little buggers with a cap/nipple up top.......
