The following is the general policy regarding Grant Fidelity Group Buy: First some information about online sellers: With the popularity of Internet and forums, we have seen many audio products that are sold online by unknown sellers, most even unknown to the manufacturers, at very cheap price. A few things about such sellers:
1) If the manufacturer doesn't acknowledge them as authorized resellers, whatever they sell will not be covered by manufacturer's warranty, even if they claim there is warranty. If you purchased a product from such a source, as a consumer, you are on your own from the day of purchase.
2) There is tremendous difficulty for Chinese audio manufacturers to provide direct warranty services to their overseas customers out of China, so manufacturer's warranty need to be carried out by the reseller in most cases. Before you buy, always ask yourself: Do I trust my online seller with no phone number and business address, only email address and a website to honor such service, as a real warranty should be??
3) If the price online sellers are offering is too low compared to typical audio retail price you see at your local stores or reputable online resellers, chances are it's too good to be true. Someone at somewhere has to or will cut corners to get to such low prices - most likely it is parts quality, production quality, and service quality that will suffer. That is your risk. Before you open your wallet, ask yourself: Am I Ok for suffering from those cut-corners for an extended period of time (I assume you buy audio for long time enjoyment - not impulsive purchase like women shop for shoes
?
4) Have you counted in shipping charges demanded by online sellers? Typically you see a low price on the product, but you will also have to face a gigantic shipping charges to get the product to your door. If you don't know how much a 25kg package costs to ship from China to North America, chances are that you have been quite overcharged.
Having said that, I have no intention to scare you away from online purchase - just keep your eyes wide open and use lots of common sense judgement, not being tempted by false hope over a so-called great deal.

Rule #1, No Group Buy price will be in any circumstance published online. If you are interested in a Group Buy, PM us then we will PM the group pricing (which includes shipping to your designated delivery address within continental USA and Canada, plus Grant Fidelity's standard warranty service directly from North America). This is to protect the audio industry and brick-and-mortar dealers, who do offer excellent in-person services and deserve to be paid for such services. For each product, only MSRP price will be published and group-buy discount will be sent to you by PM. After a Group-Buy is complete, no buyers should publish the purchase price anywhere online or discuss pricing on forums, otherwise all your future Group Buy privilege will be evoked. Please do consider that manufacturer needs dealers to grow their business through audio stores and confidential pricing information should be always respectfully kept confidential. Also please respect those that have purchased products at retail and it will help your purchase maintain a higher resale value.
Rule #2, all Group Buys must reach the minimum orders indicated on the Group Buy description. A buyer can buy on behalf of family and friends, but absolutely not for resale purposes. We will not honor warranty if a group-buyer stocks up for resale to others. If you are interested in reselling Grant Fidelity products, contact us under "Demonstrator Inquiry" through our website. All buyers need to register with Grant Fidelity about your purchase in order to receive your own warranty service, which is done in our contact us page by selecting the warranty registration option.
Rule #3, All committed Group Buyers need to provide a PayPal deposit or valid credit number and shipping address to maintain your Group Buy status. A nominal 25% non-refundable deposit will be required when you commit to the group buy. If you need to back out and we have another purchaser to make the Group Buy a success, then you will be refunded in full to your paypal account.
Rule #4, if a Group Buy collapses due to less than 10 committed orders, your initial deposit will be refunded (minus Paypal or the 3% credit fee charged by banks) within 24 hours when a Group Buy is officially announced collapsed by Grant Fidelity. A typical Group Buy runs 30 days from registration start to close.
Rule #5, after a Group Buy is complete, all buyers in the group will be treated as regular Grant Fidelity customers and entitle to all services from Grant Fidelity. Of course if you want to hot-rod a product, your warranty will be voided.
