As a Theology major, and a Greek student for 10 semester hours the Logos name is not a name for God, it is a reference to the essence of ones being, as expressed by ones spoken word. The concept was linked was a philosophical and was an expression to describe scripture and how Jesus was the living "word of God" and an living example or translation of the written "word of God."
It has no actual religious meaning or connection to God, but it is more like how we remember historic figures by their speeches. Martin Luther King Jr. expressed his essence with his I have a dream speech, it captures who he was. As one speaks, they are sharing their soul.
Music is a similar expression, it captures the very heart of the author, musician, and often the listener. The Logos would express that spark and intimate relationship that is shared between composer, performer and listener. All part of a very unique connection, that draws us all in to the hobby. It is not about steal and wires and electricity, it is all about how people are moved by music.
But it sounds like you have a clear favorite.
