Up for sale: One stock Tact 2150XDM amplifier with room correction for $3,500.

This is an amazing one box all digital pre/amp/DAC solution going for the low price of $3500--$1300 less than retail and the same price as the XP mini, but with 150W amp inside. All you need are speakers and a digital source: Computer, Squeezebox, Duet, CD/DVD player, etc. Anything with digital out. The Tact really shines with my Zu Druid mk. IV using the optical out of a dedicated iMac as a source. I made the lateral move to a used 2150 modified by Anthony of MauiMods that improves on an already great amp.
This XDM includes the standard remote control as well as the front panel volume control. Room correction can be done with the unit alone, or through the included software for added flexibility from any Windows computer (or using BootCamp/Parallels on a Mac). The unit has a two dings on the lower right side of the front panel that are obvious close up, but not noticeable from the listening position. The top also has a bit of a crescent mark from a bowl that was placed on top of the amp. The package includes all the original accessories; remote, manual, RS-232 adapter, calibration mic, CDs with software and mic calibration file. The unit also comes with the analog input board to utilize analog sources and can be swapped for the mic input after you have set up your calibration. A Tact ADC board will be required to use this option.
