Did the BFD manual drive you up the wall?

If it wasn't for this site http://www.snapbug.ws/bfd.htm , I never would have been able to figure it out!

Yeah, I printed that one out last year, too.  You could seriously have condensed that into a few pages though and it'd have been more helpful.

BUT, having programmed it once, making changes is a snap.

I also use  BFD with much success. I have a combined HT / 2ch setup. The outputs from my controller are crossed over using an Outlaw ICBM(I'd rather leave my controller in analog bypass mode for 2ch), with the sub output from the ICBM going to the BFD. Certain low freqs from the front of my room don't do well at my listening position, independent of mains position, so getting equalized bass to my sub did wonders.

Anybody using the DCX2496 for their front speakers?
I'm planning on doing that with my line arrays.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Andreas

I use the dbxDriverack crossover/EQ for crossovers and room EQ. It works very well.

For working out room problems, you can download a free demo of a program called ETF from www.etfacoutics.com. It's a MLS measuring system that rpoduces very accurate results in seconds.

Steve,
I went to the dbx webiste:
http://www.driverack.com/480.htm

But I can't find any price information.
I assume it's pricier than the $400 the DCX2496 costs... :)
