This was a film by the guy who wrote and (I think) directed The Station Agent, one of my favorite of the last ten years or so. I liked the latter a BIT more than 'Visitor', but really enjoyed this one as well. I give it a solid 8.4/10.  :thumb:

Anyone seen it?

The Visitor is a great little movie, we loved it.  I agree with your rating.  Recommended viewing.

The Station Agent is a terrific movie....I second the idea of adding it to Netflix queues.

Saw this one in the theater, nice movie.  A good rental for sure.  Well written and characters you can get into enough to relax into the story.  Saw the Station Agent as well, another good movie.

Thank you AJZepp for the original post about this film and for all the other positive threads about it.  My wife and I rented the movie yesterday and just finished watching it.  It is very good and deserves a 4 out of 5 star rating!

Glad ya liked it, Ken...when I found out it was the same guy who did "The Station Agent" I knew I had to see it. Station Agent was an amazing film about friendship, too. I like this guy's style!
