I am going to do something a little different with this speaker.
I will not only offer it as a kit, but also offer it fully assembled and ready to play.

It uses a P-Audio 12" coaxial driver, one rear firing GR-T6 tweeter, and a pair of SW-12-16FR direct servo controlled woofers. All of this is in free air (open baffle).
Specs are: 97db sensitivity, easy 8 ohm load, smooth impedance, smooth frequency response (including off axis in any direction), flat bass response to 20Hz, and the low end range from 200Hz and down is completely adjustable. They can be driven with any stereo amp or mono-blocks including single digit, single ended amps.
Characteristics of this speaker are that it is fast like an electrostatic, and also completely open and transparent. Detail levels and resolution are good.Vocal range is excellent. Dynamics are outstanding (think scary good). Bass response is (I think) better than any speaker on the market. The bass is way fast and allows for detail levels in low bass that I didn't know were possible. I think I am having more fun listening to all kinds of music on these speakers than any other speakers I have had.
Room interactions and room loading effects are minimal. They even work well in rooms with little to no room treatment. These speakers can be used can be used in a small, medium, or large sized rooms as long as they can be pulled out at least 3 feet from the wall behind them.
I promise that the final version will look really good. Here are some drawings of the final version.
