You can direct all your questions about support to me since I am actively monitoring this thread.We have looked and look and we cannot find the puck. So where it exactly is, is anyone's guess. That being said, in the mean time, we have updated the player with a new clock and puck. So it was a perfect storm: a lost puck, an update in the works, production delays with the update, new pucks as part of the update etc.We do not know yet how we will be offering the upgrade or what the price will be.We know that they have left our China depot and should be here soon.
That is the game Pacific Valve plays they take your money then they tell you 2 to 3 weeks, after 3 weeks they will tell you it will be 10 more days and so on.
