I need to sell off my LPs -- going back to analog is just not in the cards for me at this point.
The collection is in pretty good to excellent, to new condition and contains more than a few fairly valuable LPs, I'm not likely to sell them off as a lot (unless it is at a very good price.)
The problem is that I can't do a visual inspection and I have no TT to be able to listen to them on, so I'm trying to figure out how I can go about collecting the necessary information about each album's condition, pressing, etc., so I can sell them for what they're worth.
Anybody have any recommendations for people in the area they trust to do such a thing?
Thanks,
Jim
P.S. -- the collection is roughly 400 albums, give or take, everything from the Dorsey Brothers to Prince and 180 and 200 gram limited pressings (most still sealed), lots of Beatles, Classical box sets (Arturo Toscanini and the NBC Orchestra's Beethoven's 9th, etc.
