Hello everyone,
 I know I have been quiet for the past week but it is only because I have been burning the midnight oil to get our new Musica Bella Purity Extreme preamp prototype(s) done for RMAF.

 The Purity Extreme is a full dual mono balanced design. I am working on two units right now. The first is done in all Black Walnut with the second done in a Bubinga chassis with a Quilted Maple over Bubinga face and Bubinga knobs.

 If I can pull this off and have them both built and tested in time to ship, look for one to make an apperance in the Rethm Loudspeaker room. The other will be 'floating' around.

 I'll post pictures and updates when complete.

Things are looking good at this point. After a few 16 hour days (20 hours yesterday ). The final tweaking has been done on the Purity Extreme and the first unit, Black Walnut shown below,  is up and running in our facility now. I will let this one burn in while finishing the assembly on the second piece. The bottom two pictures show this piece still under construction.

 Both units have one set of balanced inputs and outputs, two single ended inputs and one single ended output. A cryogenic treated silver IEC unit is located on the back panel feeding two cryogenic fuse holders on each side. One per channel. The show units will be outfitted with ACME Audio Labs Cryo Silver Ceramic fuses.

Good evening AC'ers,
 We have received a few inquiries about the fate of these two units after the show. depending on what happens, they will be available for sale after the show.

 One unit will be available the first week of November as it is going to a dealer for a while for evaluation.

 As many of you know, these units were built on last minute notification so they are not 100% production quality in regards to the chassis and therefore will be offered at a very reasonable price.

 For those interested, please send me a PM or email to be put on the list of interested parties. After the show, we will contact people in the order the inquiries come in.

 Please keep in mind we do have some interested parties already and do not know at this time if they will be available.

 Production will start on the Purity preamps the end of November.

 Mission accomplished. The second Purity is now up and running and after a few final tweaks, ready to go to Denver. Here is the second unit after completion.

The other Purity Extreme may see some play time in the  Clayton Audio room # 1021 with the Daedalus Audio Ulysses loudspeakers but will also be wondering around the show visiting other rooms.

For those who have inqired about purchasing one of the Purity Extreme preamps above from the show, please be sure to find Joe Jurzec of Jam'n Audio. He will be the one working the show for us (I will not be there in person) and determining the price on these pieces.

 These are considered prototype units but as always, we will stand behind them with our 5 year parts and labor warranty.

 As mentioned above, one unit (Bubinga/Quilted Maple) will be in the Rethm Loudspeaker room,  Marriott Hotel, Atrium side, 5th Floor, Room 511. The other Purity Extreme will be in the Clayton Audio room but will also be wondering and used in other rooms as well.

Both Purity Extreme preamps are currently out for audition and will not be available right away. We will offer these two show demo pieces at a reduced price when they are done making their rounds.
