Yes it is.
I have a SuperNait here as well. The SuperNait is an awesome amp, but if you
don't need the DAC or want the ability to upgrade the power supply, the REGA is
a great option.
I would say sound wise, the Naim is just a slight bit more forward in the presentation
and the REGA is just a slight bit on the romantic side for solid state, but not as warm
as say a Sugden A21 SE or my Luxman Class A amp.
Both the Naim and the Rega work really well with my Harbeth Compact 7s, the Stirling
Broadcast LS3/5a's and both have enough juice to drive my Martin Logans to a decent
clip.
Also, the combination of the Elicit, the Ios phono stage, P9 and Apheta cartridge is
pretty sweet! Works well with the Naim CD5i (italic), so I'm sure its a great match
with either of the two REGA CD players....
Simple, understated and powerful.
