This is easily 8/10 on the 'gon but I'm rating 7/10 to be conservative. She's in excellent shape functionally and cosmetically.
Essentially a newer unit with updated "guts". I bought a used HGS-10 untested and it turned out to be bad - blown servo unit/amp. I took it over to the GREAT folks at Velodyne in Morgan Hill (40 minute drive from me) and they took care of me. They gave me a relatively new unit, newer cabinet (mine had a gash on the side and top), a newer driver and newer amp in exchange for mine plus some parts and labor costs.
Then they bench tested and then lab tested in front of me and WOW!!! At any rate, I've been hanging on to her for I dunno why as I haven't used her during 2 ch. and my HT has been down-graded for over a year to HTIB athenas. She's just sitting there, all alone, looking coy and very unassuming in her gorgeous Piano Gloss Black finish and just under 12" cube.
I'm moving out 7/31 and I've got too much other stuff to worry about so I'm unloading ALL my gear.
