Not content with merely slaying Monsters, they have gone above and beyond for "the little guy" (meaning me...even tho I ain't little). I had a question about a potential issue with a cable I purchased months ago, and after a few quick e-mail exchanges I was told that a replacement pair was being sent to me along with a pre-paid return label for the pair in question. I fully expected (and would not have objected) to pay for any repair/exchange (assuming I even needed one), but this is simply killer! Customer for life...what I can I say?

I too have had great service from them. I asked them to rework a cable I bought from them more than a year before, no problem - just the cost of the added connectors. They ship really fast too, I have always received custom orders within 2 days. I send "normal" friends to them for HDMI, SPDIF coax and optical cables, 1/2 price and better quality than the big box ripoff wire. Plus these days their Priority mail shipping price is less than the gas to buy locally.

i just put thier lc one inc onto my sub cant complain in anyway.  Construction is top notch -they even put both ics into one jacket for ease of use (audiophile violation alert). Shipped quick.

I ran their speaker cables for a while as well. Not bad at all for the price....

I took thought I was going to return some cables well out of their 30 day policy and they said it would be totally okay. Really wonderful customer service, and you know what...I keep on ordering form them! Some sort of coincidence I guess...

(I actually ended up keeping the cables I thought I would need to return  )
