RAL makes really nice cables.  Sometime around the middle of last year multiple threads popped up (on a couple different forums) regarding super long delivery times, lack of communication, and in some cases no delivery, some pretty bitter posts as I recall.  They disappeared as an AudiogoN "preferred" seller.  I'm not sure where things stand now or what was happening, but I do know they make very good sounding cables.

As a former dealer and one who never received cabling that was paid for. I would say buyer beware with an emphasis on beware. Arthurs was dead on in identifying the past issues of RAL and why he was removed from advertising on Audigon. I am just one of those many examples as to why it happened.

RAL cables are excellent performers and sound great. If you can find what you're looking for on the used market it might be a better way to go.

I had a slight issue with them last year in terms of delays in shipping and lack of communication. Had I called in my order rather than through the website though, the info that there was a 30 day delay in the  RCA's would've been communicated.

I cannot recomend their umbilicals enough...had one for a VPP-1 from ciaudio.  The Ipod cable that experienced delays is also a ridiculous home run of a performer.

that said, try & contact him via phone to place the order.  His products are amazing and worth the $$.

no affiliation, but i've purchased 2 cables from Brad.

I think a better questionis does anyone else make cables like these??

amazing RFI shielding, killer tone and bass and dynamics and clarity..and they sell umbilicals.

some of the people that never got their cables might look here for them:

I made an offer for the Cary umbilical cord and the seller responded with their Paypal ID and name(Theresa) - the email was Brad James.  The Paypal id was vtech007@juno.com.  Guess who that is?  When I went into paypal to check the id it showed the email of Brad Vojtech at Revelation Audio Labs.  Hmm... I was suspicious at first because the Agon user id had only 2 transactions and the zip was listed as 00000 - plus that they were selling several RAL cables.  I asked about the zip and that wasn't answered until I discovered who the Paypal id was for and emailed that to Theresa.... Buyer beware!  I had to file a Visa dispute last summer to get my almost 1K returned - it was a PAIN....

Thought I'd share my experience as a warning for any that might be considering purchasing a Revelation Audio Labs product:

Short story: It took me 9 months after full payment to receive my speaker cables, and that only after registering formal complaints with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Attorney General's office.

Every few weeks he'd promise that the cables were being shipped 'next week' or so, but these promises were continually broken with one (lame) excuse or another. Several times I requested him to return my payment, but he refused. When he finally sent them, he even sort of 'bragged' that I was receiving my cables sooner than lots of others. When selling them (I sold them new, unopened for 50% off) I was contacted by several others who'd been waiting over a year for their paid-for cables, asking if I had any advice for them.

Whether or not his cables are good or not, IMO this kind of business ethic should not be supported.

Even though there obviously are some negative things to say about
this builder, keep the info here on a acceptable and informative level, thank you.
