Good luck to you gents .....it will be an odd day indeed if two audiophiles angrily sound off on one another about making a proper souffle

There's plenty of tubes-vs-SS-type arguments we have have in the Culinary Circle. aa  There's Gas vs Charcoal, Japanese Knives vs German Knives, Membrane-on vs Membrane-off (ribs), the Best Cut of Steak, etc etc.  Maybe we can even get a Vegan in here to tangle with the Carnivores!
