One set of wires would connect to the posts (bare or spades) the second set would use banana plugs. I used spades and lockable (expandable)bananas. The pins that cause the banana plugs to lock (expand) can be seen in the picture below, little post extending at top of banana connector adjacent to the knurled section.


With respect to someones question regarding oxidation of the conductors inside the insulation, I have been running this style of braided speaker wire within a clear insulation jacket for over 20 years and have not seen any oxidation of the wire inside the cable. You are more likely to get oxidation at the terminations. Bryston does a nice job in terminating the cables, as can be seen with the following image of the speaker terminations.

Sound is outstanding. Bass response / overall response increased while maintaining clarity. Bass is punchy and mids and highs clear. Based on the price, bargin compared to specialty speaker cables, these are phenomenal. Search and experiment concluded. Outstanding cable and value.
