Jim,
Any issues with using RCA shorting plugs on the Clarinet? I can put together a set with resistors or just wire for my one unused set of inputs. Which, if either, is suggested?

Dropped the noise level some.
When turning on the preamp there was a slight soft hum. Had to get close but it was there especially with the phono section selected. Now with the RCA short plugs I flipped and did not get my usually friendly hum ...
Yellow plugs have the positive tied to negative then taped; Then both ends are heatshrunk together making like mittens that can't get lost.
