I personally think Radiohead are in a league of their own and produce some of the best music of anyone in this decade.....YMMV

I still can't connect with Rainbows. George
I downloaded In Rainbows for free, listened once. Can't see what the big deal about them is all about.I just upgraded my KXCI membership and so I could get 2 free tickets to see Booker T and the MG's. These guys have been playing together since 1962 so it should be an interesting concert.
I love In Rainbows; but even Amnesiac and Kid A are less than 10 yrs old. That was my point. Since The Bends I'd like to see another modern group who have the catalog Radiohead does (Bends, OK, Kid A, Amnesiac, HTTF, Rainbows) over the past 10 yrs. Wilco, IMO, is the only one who comes even close (their small hall concert here three weeks ago was tremendous, BTW).
Nebraska?? Some one needs to lay off the bong pipe!!Why was this not included?I dare say that this album had a MUCH LARGER IMPACT on the music scene then bloody Nebraska. There are many other errors with this list, but this is just too glaring to not point out.
The Elvis Presley album from 1956 should have been in the top 5, and it's not even listed. It makes no sense. If you go back and read up on the impact this album had, you will get a better understanding of why this is such a glaring omission.

You may be right about the impact the album had at the time of it's release. But...This list of albums is not supposed to the "THE" definitive list of top albums, but the top 913 albums as picked and voted on by the diverse group of KXCI's dj's. Since many of the dj's were not alive in 1956, they probably missed the impact it had at that time. Elvis's Sun Sessions was released in 1999 and was probably more influential for most people spinning tunes today.
There are no Tool albums on this list. Its invalidated.
I understand where you are coming from, but, this is supposed to be the top 100 of all time, so ignorance of the past is no excuse. Besides, all the artists from the 60's on all pay a great deal of homage to Elvis, and many of them will list that album as a key element in their music life.
Any top 100 list that mentions Tom Waits twice without mentioning Led Zeppelin is an abomination.... Cheers
